Better decision making in real time ( Download )
Arthur Farmer
Regional Sales Manager, MEA and APAC - UC4 Software
Business processes are fluid and interdependent. The sheer volume of information
generated makes it impractical to completely understand how process variations
might impact overall business operations. As process interdependencies
constantly change decision-making criteria, it is often difficult to standardize
and prioritize event responses across an organization. Businesses lack the
capability to quickly identify opportunities or error patterns, determine their
origin, and either exploit an opportunity or prevent the reoccurrence of an
error, this session will shed light on Complex Event Processing (CEP) platform
and how it help organizations to collect all relevant events, interpret and
analyze it, and automatically trigger suitable actions in real-time.
Arthur Farmer is the Regional Sales Manager for MEA and APAC at UC4. Arthur has
broad business experience and has usefully worked over 15 years in international
sales and Marketing positions in the Telecommunications and IT industries.
